In March 2026, DOA Investment hosted the first edition of DOA Academy in Ibadan, a free learning initiative created to equip young people, sales professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs with practical knowledge for business and personal growth.
More than a sales masterclass, DOA Academy focused on Branding, Sales, and Success Principles—helping participants understand not just how to sell, but how to think, build, lead, and create lasting value.
Facilitated by the DOA team and its leaders, the Academy reflects DOA’s commitment to giving back by investing in people and knowledge.
The long-term vision is to build DOA Academy into a platform that raises capable and visionary business leaders, with future editions expanding into conferences, leadership programmes, mentorship, and more.
